• You can unlock Steel Soul Mode before beating the game using the Konami Code. If you go to the extras menu and enter the famous gamer input code, Steel Soul Mode unlocks early.

• Silksong was originally intended to be a DLC for the first Hollow Knight game featuring Hornet as a playable character.

• The background ants in Hunter's March can be seen carrying the bodies of their dead. These ants can also take rosaries, tools, and shell shards from the ground.

• You can poison yourself in Silksong by using the Pollip Pouch and the Plasmium Phial, which gives you poison hearts.
